Package arrived intact

The site said it would ship in less than a week but mine never shipped. Emailed support and they said they ran out due to high demand. Never got anything saying that. Communication would have been nice.

I have only had good experiences with the Glowing Goddess team. The problem I have is with shipping. It generally takes DHL a week or so before the product even starts making its way to me, and this is after the label is created. Then it gets handed off to USPS, this is where it gets hairy. Our local post office is infamous for getting the mail mixed up, just plain lost, or sent back. Glowing Goddess has been very gracious and always makes sure that my subscription is resent promptly.

Easy purchase, love the recurring option.
