Easy to order. I don't like having to subscribe to auto ship to get a better price. Just sell it at a reasonable price. Shipping took a minute but it got here.

On auto order, shipment hasnt been leaving warehouse for a week, sitting at courier for another week. My last order went through on Feb 19, I didnt receive it until March 4th

Disappointed that I asked after the order confirmation and before the subscription was shipped to cancel and received an email from an agent after it was shipped that it was too late. I had a total hysterectomy and didn’t need the product but did need the money. I know fulfillment and customer service are separate but you would be well suited to at least have 24 hours after the subscription notification for people in a situation like mine. It’s hard for me to recommend the product after this.

I got a great price and customer service when one capsule broke during shipping.

I like the taste/smell (I struggle with taking pills), the packaging is elegant, and I do feel my health is benefitting.

A capsul had broken in the bag and everything was covered in powder. But other than that is was fine.

Shopping was easy. Order was shipped through Amazon. I didnt see any results in the first 2 weeks other than appetite suppression.
