Cancelled subscription, they still sent another order. I showed a screenshot that shows I canceled. I’m still having to argue to with customer service to get a shipping label to return the unopened package and be refunded. They said my “cancellation didn’t go through” despite my screenshot on 3/5 showing a message “subscription cancelled”

Not enough time to even try the product. I was switching from primal queen to try them out and now I've received another pack way b4 I should of even received it. Very frustrating.

I dont know what else to say. I do need to cancel the auto ship. I think I have enough for 4 or more months. I used one 30day supply. I let a few months go buy before ordering more.
