I am enjoying my bag. The loss of one star is because of a tracking issue. It was as easy to order but the tracking never worked. I emailed customer service : times but just got a standard reply, wait and it will come. Never did get a tracking number that worked! I was begging to think I had ordered from a fishy place, then my bag arrived . I have been using it for a week now and I love it!
