I ordered 2 of these bags and they look fine. My issue is that they were supposed to come with 2 free wallets and they didn't. when I notified the company they said sorry, it was their mistake but they couldn't send them because they were free. I considered them part of their advertising and therefore part of the order. False advertising and poor service!

It was good But I’m disappointed when I originally ordered 3 for gifts and wanted to exchange one for another color that’s was a gift but they did not like the color blue I got for them. I then ordered 3 more black ones and then got email I can keep bag and get 30% off price which I said I would do but will get sent around $12 one day if I receive it, but I would think for ordering 6 bags I would have received some form of discount.
