Mislabeled products for food are a big deal to me, maybe not Holistic vitals that did not want to stand behind their product to offer a full refund. but instead made me pay for the shipping label. here is what the email said: Instructions Pack the items you're returning. Print your return shipping label and attach it to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label. I did that, then they want to charge me postage
