Communication is key and this time it was top notch. This is my second round ordering from this company, and I see a great improvement in communication this time around. The missing star is for the time it takes from ordering to receiving the product. I understand the rationale, yet I believe that the delivery process could be automated to make it more efficient.

Very easy shopping experience with the company and the promo codes that are available definitely make the purchasing experience cool.

It took longer to receive my order than expected but did receive an email apologizing for the delay with an explanation of the company being a small family run business. I can appreciate that but then I was seeing multiple ads for the same company and was baffled. If you’re having problems fulfilling orders, why would you continue to advertise.
