Product got lost in the mail was replaced after some time. Product was underwhelming and I can't say that I am satisfied. One mentioned to customer service I received a response asking me to send pictures and videos of how I was using the product. 12 hours later there was another message asking if I had gotten around to taking the photos or videos. It made me feel creeped out. Zero satisfaction, no refund, and troublesome customer service.
