General experience? Umm I received my items, so that went well. I’m just not super happy w the 3 items I’d ordered. The waterproof pad (it’s way too small to call it anything else) was disappointing in the small size, so I’m not comfortable using it. The lemon vibrator is just ok, and the Gii massager isn’t anything special, either. Overall disappointed in my items, but the speed w which I’d received them was great.

Listen, in my experience, and I think most peoples nowadays, customer service experiences tend to trend towards "trying to thread a needle with thread that is frayed to all hell". It cannot be overstated how far my experience with Hello Nancy has been from the all to familiar ultimate and generally futile frustration one expects when engaging in a customer service inquiry.
