Great customer service - prompt reply to queries and personal - no big corporate response.

Despite some shipping delays, customer service was always very prompt and professional and as noted, the bed is high quality

I was contacted throughout the order from start to finish. They were very VERY helpful and kept intouch with the order and reasons for any delay.

If yous are open and honest about the waiting time and communication is key to clients!! I had to reach out whereas if I was contacted and told immediately it would be a while before delivery I’d been happy! It said next day delivery 😞

Really easy to order, there was some delay in receiving my dog dock but the team were super helpful

Communication great responded. The only thing that let it down was there was an option for next day delivery but took weeks to come but I do understand can be teething problems at the beginning of setting up an new business.

I purchased the medium bed but found that my beagle who likes to sprawl couldn’t quite do it so I emailed Max the founder and he arranged an exchange for an XL to be delivered which came in a week and for the medium bed to be sent back at no cost to myself. Now my beagle is super comfy in the car on every journey, extremely happy with the service received by Wagging Rights.

A little delay due to product availability, but we were kept up to date via email on a regular basis. Great customer service.

Communication - only replies to late at night making me concerned it wasn’t a legitimate brand.

Although it took a while to come i apreciate there a new buisness and it was a new version, but they keep me updated every step of the way :-) would recomend them to anyone, i looked at similar dog car seats which were 4X More expensive for something very similar. My toy poodle ted loves it! And i love it knowing his safe every car journey, also a bonus you can take it inside for a spare dog bed if your visiting friends & family!

Wagging Rights overstretched their ability to meet orders and delivery was slow. The product is not one I will use. I should have done more research and sourced a bed made of natural materials with the same standard of fastenings.

Max was honest about delivery issues and kept me informed through whole process.

Rubbish delivery and customer service.

The product was great when it arrived, but the initial comms were not correct - suggesting next day delivery was possible but the product was out of stock and put on pre-order. Whilst this was subsequently communicated, it feels misleading to have left this as an option.

This was a pre-order item, with dispatch initially from 1st March, and my order arrived on 25th March. While there was a bit of a wait, Max kept me updated with a couple of emails, which was appreciated and helped manage expectations.
