The product was great when it arrived, but the initial comms were not correct - suggesting next day delivery was possible but the product was out of stock and put on pre-order. Whilst this was subsequently communicated, it feels misleading to have left this as an option.

This was a pre-order item, with dispatch initially from 1st March, and my order arrived on 25th March. While there was a bit of a wait, Max kept me updated with a couple of emails, which was appreciated and helped manage expectations.

Very easy to order and they kept in touch with delivery date updates

Slightly frustrated by differing offers on different platforms and loooooong wait for delivery but overall happy with price and very pleased with product.

Delivery was delayed but Max kept in touch all the way so i knew what was happening

Took much much longer to arrive than anticipated.

Delivery took way too long. One of the 2 items (identical) was faulty A replacement in the same colour isn't available so I want to return them both and Customer Service don't seem able to respond fully to my enquiries

If it hadn’t of been for the long wait it would have been five stars. The beds are themselves excellent quality. Our three dogs are very happy safe and snuggled while traveling.

Once ordered, the wait for delivery was a couple of weeks but this was fully explained to us and further regular updates followed until our product was delivered.

Was a long wait and delivery wasn’t always to plan but it was worth it so we’re happy.

I placed my order in December 2025 and it has still not arrived.

Service from start to finish was very good, always kept up to date with the progress of our order.

I ordered them online they kept me informed of delivery etc and I'm really pleased I made the decision to buy them

First class product. It was well worth waiting for. Good customer service. Splendid packaging. Can not add more as it has not been tried by my pooch yet.

Communication annoyances, long delays in waiting for the product but.. it feels like a genuine company with the aims to provide a good service.. they are not there yet however
