Only give a 3 as delivery too so long. Was eventually contacted a month after order was placed. Kept on the loop thereafter. It’s also very expensive tbh and was probably an impulse purchase.

Extremely poor service. Very very slow. False advertising and information on stock levels and delivery times. Trick you into giving them your money straight away then excuse after excuse as to why you can’t have your order. I think they bought a container load of excuses from China along with their stock. Would never purchase from them again

Frustrating and disappointing! Feel I’ve been strung along from the start. Placed order early May as bed appeared to be in stock. Then told there was an error on website. Delivery would be June 6th. Then issues with boats leaving Rotterdam. Bed arrived June 18th with faulty zip. Emailed immediately, no reply. I replied to the 3 emails I received asking me for a review. Still no response. There’s only so often I can believe the lines of “we’re a small team starting out”!
