Long wait for product and product failure

took few months to arrive but company did keep us informed that they were waiting for the delivery

Lots of mix ups

Late delivery. Unsafe item.

A bit of a delay on the shipment but Max answered all my queries and kept me updated.

Great experience mo issues

Easy to buy Delivery good

Delivery was quick

No update on the delay until I emailed.... very able to ask for feedback once delivery finally arrived.

Kept up to date with everything from order placement to delivery details. Excellent customer service.

Customer service was atrocious. Waited so long for my product, only to receive something below par and not even my full order.

Worth the wait 👍🏻

Various discounts offered but not actually there

Delivery on time at agreed

Great customer service.

Great customer service - prompt reply to queries and personal - no big corporate response.

Despite some shipping delays, customer service was always very prompt and professional and as noted, the bed is high quality

I was contacted throughout the order from start to finish. They were very VERY helpful and kept intouch with the order and reasons for any delay.

If yous are open and honest about the waiting time and communication is key to clients!! I had to reach out whereas if I was contacted and told immediately it would be a while before delivery I’d been happy! It said next day delivery 😞

Really easy to order, there was some delay in receiving my dog dock but the team were super helpful

It just feels like a marketing machine.

We love our bed

In communication all the time from purchasing to delivery.

Took forever to arrive amid broken promises , you did refund me half but I'm glad I didn't pay full price

I have already done this

Great communication from Max

Really helpful, communication was excellent throughout. Could not recommend enough. Will definitely be buying from here again!

Excellent. Max was responsive to all emails and kept me updated

Communication great responded. The only thing that let it down was there was an option for next day delivery but took weeks to come but I do understand can be teething problems at the beginning of setting up an new business.

I purchased the medium bed but found that my beagle who likes to sprawl couldn’t quite do it so I emailed Max the founder and he arranged an exchange for an XL to be delivered which came in a week and for the medium bed to be sent back at no cost to myself. Now my beagle is super comfy in the car on every journey, extremely happy with the service received by Wagging Rights.

A little delay due to product availability, but we were kept up to date via email on a regular basis. Great customer service.

Ok some delays but informed me right off and kept in touch, all sorted now though as seen the new build with all the boxes in ready to go, well done Max and crew x

Quick response and support to return the product.

Had to wait a little while for it to arrive but the emails were helpful and the product was worth the wait.

Product excellent but delivery time did take a while. But communication was good.

kept in contact with us and gave us updates on the order delay

Communication - only replies to late at night making me concerned it wasn’t a legitimate brand.

Although it took a while to come i apreciate there a new buisness and it was a new version, but they keep me updated every step of the way :-) would recomend them to anyone, i looked at similar dog car seats which were 4X More expensive for something very similar. My toy poodle ted loves it! And i love it knowing his safe every car journey, also a bonus you can take it inside for a spare dog bed if your visiting friends & family!

All fine. Long wait for it to arrive

Good communication and frequent updates given on delivery and returns portal process if required.
