Terrible experience from start to finish. I purchased this item urgently for a trip, but was contacted shortly afterwards and told it wouldn’t arrive in time. I was offered a refund, which I accepted. Despite that, three weeks later they shipped the product anyway—after I no longer needed it—and expected me to deal with returning it. It’s now been almost two months and I’m still waiting for my refund. Very disappointing customer service and a poorly managed process. I won’t be buying from them.
