Awful customer service failed to deliver anywhere near the delivery date stated. Same time still pushing adverts saying that the delivery dates were earlier. Ignored messages. Definitely not “max”

Product was very delayed. Was offered a discoubt which I accepted but that never materialised.

They have been very good regarding my return e mailing me label etc so no issues

There are always supply chain challenges, especially for a new business, but Wagging Rights were quick and proactive to communicate, transparent, and made good on their promises. The quality of the product is excellent (validated by my pup, Willow), and I'm really pleased to be an early customer of what I hope will become a thriving British business!

There were delivery delays due to world affairs outside their control. However they kept us informed with updates throughout

I responded quickly to an IG ad because it said 24 hr delivery. Upon purchase, I realised you run a 'make on demand,' and I was sad that I had to wait so long for the product to be made, then shipped within 24 hrs. Poppy had demolished another bed. I had to reframe the fact that you were a new business and patiently wait for it to arrive. I am very happy with the quality of the product. Thank you

Great communication

Just the delivery time let the company down and according to them it wasn’t their fault. However kept updated about when delivery would be expected, after contacting them.

There was a shipping problem and the communication was excellent, keeping me informed and reassured.

Delivery was delayed twice however, update given and I have only just got my pup.

It was worth the wait but the company kept me informed along the way

Took a while to come

The only issue I had was the time it took for it to arrive. I understand that there were shipping img delays that were out of your control.

Would buy again was keep up to date with every thing .

Delivery was delayed by a month but Wagging Rights responded to my emails snd refunded 10% as goodwill.

Difficulties with delivery. Then some concerns about the quality of the zips. I’ll monitor and see how I get in and whether it can sustain the pressure my GSD will put on it

I gave 4 stars as was meant to arrive before holiday with dogs but didn’t, after emailing which was answered very quickly was told of hold up.

Delays

Shipping delayed but owners communicated regularly and kept in touch which was lovely. Fantastic customer support. Thankyou.

Wagging rights are a small company that just need a quicker response to their customers questions which does happen and because we sit at home waiting we get frustrated but to be fair they do respond unlike many companies just a tweek Max thank you
