Wagging Rights store reviewsSee product reviews

Max replied to all emails and was really helpful!

Long wait for delivery date then still didn’t arrive and it wasn’t until I complained and asked for money back that they suddenly dispatched it

Very helpful and good communication.

It was good. Arrived on time and well packed

It was easy to order and came when they said it would. Five stars all round

Easy to order and fast delivery.

A bit later than expected with no fault of the owner. Worth waiting for.

Good product and service, but SO many marketing emails!! Every day its "20% extra discount code" or "45% off ends tonight", or "Low stock alert!".

We had to wait a long time to receive delivery but we were kindly offered a discount so we waited. Emails were responded to in double quick time and that was marvellous. None of the usual anonymity we come to expect from other retailers. Top marks for that!!

Delivery was far longer than expected!

Perfect

Communication with Max, very helpful

Love it!

Nothing to tell, it was straightforward

Took a little while to come and unable to contact to chase

Cross that now 50% off - so even more expensive, and at the time postage time was misleading - but not mentioned as looks to be rectified now

It seemed to take forever to receive the doggy bed, in fact at one point I thought I’d been scammed and I had to email to find out what was happening with the order.

Good service delays to logistics but all good

Nothing in stock but kept me updated. But I still have not had an owed refund arrive with me so this is disappointing.

We didn’t receive this as quickly as we thought but the communication was good and we weren’t in a hurry

Quick delivery

Product has a lot of potential but customer service to arrange a return has been very painful.

Delivered on time.

I was disappointed that my original order couldn’t be met due to high demand but I’m really happy with the product now it is here.

Really lovely company, nice to know we’re supporting a small company.

Long delays in receiving order.

Apart from the delay in delivery there were no other issues.

A bit of delay with a mix up in allocation of said product, but arrived and am pleased with the product!!

I ordered the bed because at the time it was cool, no heatwave, and the webpage said DPD 24 delivery, expecting it quickly. Unfortunately, the DPD 24 was actually from date of despatch, which turned out to be a while as it was actually out of stock. The business owner was apologetic and kept me informed. I've lived long enough to know that things like this happen, so I wasn't too bothered. Once it arrived, I forgave any delivery issues because it's such an excellent, safe dog bed!

Aggressive marketing where price changes every day!

Total lack of updates regarding the delay in shipping the item.

Delayed delivery gives 3 otherwise 4 for product

Product is decent but the company is shocking to deal with

You have to be patient with deliveries - this is a small company and doesn’t hold a huge volume of stock - but the goods arrive and are of good quality.

I was kept updated with my order, from the beginning, and with its delivery. The owner of this company really takes his time to ensure every customer is happy. Absolutely outstanding, thank you!

The bed took longer than expected to arrive, but Max was really on it with the communication, so I understood what was going on.

I had to wait a while for my item but Wagging Rights kept me up to date with what was happening with my order.
