We haven't used it yet, other than he getting into it on the floor. It was a tight squeeze. The only thing I'm worried about is that it might be too small for my cocker spaniel. The other available size was XL, too big for my car! Plus it is so padded I'm wondering if I can lift her into it even with the side fown. We are both elderly with bone and movement issues but with the side down she should be more comfortable. But still safe?

Like I said previously, the only downside to the experiance of purchasing this bed is that it took a while to arrive. Highly recommend the bed, its superb, however would of been good to have the insight of the delay prior to ordering. It wouldn't of put me off waiting, just would of been nice to know up front it would of taken a few weeks.
