Lengthy delay with delivery of my order and when it arrived it is missing parts.

Good communication

Delivery took a long time but emails were responded to quickly and overall satisfied with contact and the way my queries were handled.

We had to wait awhile but it was worth it.

Wagging Rights kept me updated when the docking bed was being shipped and arrived.

Some fairly significant delays in the shipment arriving and some inconsistencies in when delivery would be. Took a few weeks instead of next day delivery. Good communication throughout though and owner of company very apologetic. I suspect the product was more popular than anticipated which led to supply and distribution delays. But it’s here now and it’s great

The product is amazing but getting it was a bit of a challenge. There were delays due to the late arrival of the stock into the UK. Then there were problems with couriering the dock out to me. These things happen but what would have made it more transparent would have been if Max was more proactive in his communication! When contacted he answered promptly but when further delays were encountered it was radio silence again until I contacted him. Teething problems I know but disconcerting!

Shipping took ages but the dock is great!

The product turned up after a few months

Would have loved more pro-active communication. I had to do a lot of chasing to see what was happening with my order. Max answered every email I sent promptly and politely.

I misunderstood the website information about the delivery timing, after an email sent to them asking why the delay, received a quick reply from Max clarifying it and got another email informing me when was shipped.

The product was delayed but I was very impressed with the communication I received to keep me informed of new expected. delivery dates

Max has been very attentive and helpful, open about shipping times and kept in touch through the order process to ensure we knew when to expect the Dog Dock to arrive, great service

It did take a long time to come. The founder always communicated when I wrote. This is a new business that are working hard to overcome obstacles they had no control over. I fully supported them throughout and am hopeful they don’t suffer any further set backs as it’s a great product and I’m excited to see them grow

Shipping was a bit delayed due to stock delays but communication was very good and it came when advised.

Delivery was held up but the team were pretty good at letting us know when the dock would be delivered offering the option of a refund if we didn’t want to wait so long

I want to love it, but delays and a faulty zip after 1 use would mean I couldn't recommend it to family and friends with dogs. Sorry.
