Wagging Rights store reviewsSee product reviews

Big delay on order but was informed that they had received lots of orders online. Just wish it hadn’t stated it was already in stock instead of waiting for it to be made hence why I marked four instead of five stars. However, communication was excellent

The only niggle is the fact that when ordering it said 24hr DPD dispatch but it came much later. It was worth the wait though. so maybe include a note to say that "if demand is high then delivery maybe delayed slightly" 🙂

Customer service was good.

I don’t have to contact them They contacted me to let me know when it had been dispatched

Very easy to communicate with Wagging Rights and they kept me in the picture with the times of delivery etc .. great company to deal with.. thank you

Max was great at keeping us informed throughout the transaction.

Slight delay in arrival it kept informed all the time

There was a delay in receiving my dog dock , but when I emailed Max it was sorted out quickly

took a long while to come

Easy, long wait, albeit not made aware at order stage

The overall experience was good, more communication on when we would actually be receiving the dog dock would have been more helpful and it would put more people at ease instead of them thinking they had been scammed. Overall we love the product and we would recommend it to other dogs owners but only if they weren’t needing it within a certain time frame.

Waited for months and when I enquired as to delivery status by email was told of a shipping delay and that an e mail was supposed to have been sent to me, but wasn't

Very communicative! Good value for money.

Should have been kept informed of the delay I had sent a couple of emails ,no reply

It was a bit of a long wait

More communication needed and explanation on how it arrives vacuum packed 👍

Kept up to date

I had to wait as out of stock but didn’t tell me that when I ordered it. The wait time was less than expected though.

Customer Service improvements required

Bit slow on delivery but there’s always teething problems with a new company

It took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait

The ordering process was easy but the delivery time was far too long. After a month I did get emails with progress reports.

Easy to order. Payment was easy. They responded quickly to emails and enquiries. Slight delay with delivery but wasnt a problem as they communicated and apologised.

Poor quality, and wagging rights didn’t deliver on promises

There was a considerable delay in receiving my order and a number of deadlines were missed. Max kept up communication well but it would have been preferable to know right at the start of the process that we would not receive the dog dock for several months.

Took absolutely ages to come 😫

Max was always on line with any question about the order.

All good , communication was addressed and smooth from there on .

Easy order process and responsiveness

Communication was excellent. No BS, just a small company starting out with honesty and a fab product

Took along time to arrive as it had sold out.

Slight issue with delivery but overall great experience.

Order to months to arrive

All good apart from delays in stock

We had a very long delay in receiving the bed.

Good communication whenever I reached out requesting delivery updates.

Avoid!

Really glad you were able to send me the car seat as it was out of stock but glad you were able to restock quickly

Poor.

The company was great at keeping me informed about delivery etc
