No doubt the chicken tastes great. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the communication and service delivery. My delivery was late. Got in touch with customer service via email and was promised an update. Never got any updates or apology for that matter. Gave up waiting and went to bed. Woke up in the middle of the night to find my order left at my door. Imagine I had had only discovered this in the morning, the whole order would have thawed and gone to the thrash.
