It's annoying that the frozen chicken came in a box that had to be passed to me personally. The delivery was late, nobody was at home and the courier insisted that my husband return (from a short distance) so he could take a photograph of himself handing the parcel over or he might get penalised by the company. Delivery could indeed be improved by a mile.

Delivery prompt. Packaging perfect, compact enough to store in the freezer. Individual portions are easy to defrost (about 1-1.5hrs in Singapore weather).
Only issue is that the 2 flavours I have tried are both salty - the Panang curry is a bit too salty but the Hot Honey just tastes mostly salty to me :(
