Came earlier than expected which made me so happy

First order was good, second order has been trash

Horrible! Stay away ! Their website says delivery within 7 days and after 2 weeks of placing my order I decided to email them about my package since I did not receive any tracking information and they shipped my items only after reaching out to them. It took me almost a month to receive my package! Also, if you think u will be able to return some of the items you are totally wrong even though their website says the opposite. They won’t reply to you. Still didn’t return cuz they don’t reply!!!!

My order got delayed and i tried to contact you in all ways no one answered! At that moment i thought i gust got robbed by you and all the comments confirming my thoughts. It was bad experience and stressful. Thank you

To be completely fair, this is my first order with this company; and I really on have that to go by. I am skeptical to order since my first experience wasn't good with how the item was made. I don't like overpaying for items if the material is cheap and misrepresented online.

Never shipped the stuff I ordered never got refunded and customer service is horrible.

Take so long to receive and too difficult to get return

After contacting for help to organise a refund for one of the the items purchased because the cup size doesn’t fit, they haven’t been help and delayed in response

It the return policy would be more flexible I would keep buying. But returning a corset is such a pain.

it was not clear on the website that if I purchased something as a promotion which I did not opt into I would be stuck with items that do not fit. Those things should be labeled as final sale and they were not.

Exchanging item is tricky. They will encourage u to top up 3/4 of the price and get new one instead of returning for exchange. It took 8 emails from me to finally give up the exchange idea.

Not the best fit on the bust, some stretch in the fabric may help with the fit

Sizing, returns and exchanges are a little challenging and cumbersome. I would have liked assistance in determining my appropriate size to exchange my items.

Your phone number is fake and traps the customer in an endless loop, and you use AI bots to respond to customer complaints so that it looks like you have a helpline, but actually do not and never give people any useful solutions to issues they have with you. Disrespectfully, give me my money back.

The sizing was not correct

Terrible to communicate with; despite my asking the same question at least four times they never answered. To exchange anything the fee is $15.99 plus $9.99 shipping fee. Totally not worth it given quality of garments. Terrible fabric; terrible cut. Will never wear and will never buy again from this Chinese company

The color of the skirt has nothing to do with the one I ordered — the one that arrived is almost lime green.

Shipping took over 30 days. That was unsatisfactory. Nonetheless the product is good quality.
