I repurchased the same corset i bought before, i bought another 2 corset but came out that the lining is faulty which gives a funny outcome when worn. The lining doesnt fit the corset which curve in which gives a ugly finish. I have reached out to perfect corset about the faulty corset and requested for an exchange. But they are charging too expensive for the exchange fee, which is very unreasonable. Its already a hassle and i still need to be the one to comprimise to pay the fee.. ridicuous cus

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been beyond frustrating. It’s been weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received it. I reached out to customer service multiple times, and not only were they unhelpful, but they were also completely unprofessional in their responses or lack thereof.
There was no sense of urgency, no accountability, and certainly no apology. It honestly felt like they couldn’t care less whether I ever received what I paid for. This is not how a business should treat its customers.
Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere. This company is not deserving of anyone’s business. Absolutely unacceptable.

First of all, the quality of the skirt does not match what was shown in the photos. The material is terrible, the stitching is very poor, and the design is not the same as in the pictures.
Secondly, I paid for both a corset and a skirt, but I only received the skirt. I cannot find any email address or contact information to file a complaint or request support.
