Very poor quality skirt. Tacky cheap material. Poor tailoring and cut. Returns and refund policy meant no way to return and get money back. Return would mean shipping to Hong Kong at my own expense. I encountered a unique situation. My package was delivered. But I was out of town. Our neighbor put our package in the mailbox for my husband to grab when he got home from work.
