I repurchased the same corset i bought before, i bought another 2 corset but came out that the lining is faulty which gives a funny outcome when worn. The lining doesnt fit the corset which curve in which gives a ugly finish. I have reached out to perfect corset about the faulty corset and requested for an exchange. But they are charging too expensive for the exchange fee, which is very unreasonable. Its already a hassle and i still need to be the one to comprimise to pay the fee.. ridicuous cus

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been beyond frustrating. It’s been weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received it. I reached out to customer service multiple times, and not only were they unhelpful, but they were also completely unprofessional in their responses or lack thereof. There was no sense of urgency, no accountability, and certainly no apology. It honestly felt like they couldn’t care less whether I ever received what I paid for. This is not how a business should treat its customers. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere. This company is not deserving of anyone’s business. Absolutely unacceptable.

The corset hasn’t arrived yet and the skirt wasn’t the same color as advertised

First of all, the quality of the skirt does not match what was shown in the photos. The material is terrible, the stitching is very poor, and the design is not the same as in the pictures. Secondly, I paid for both a corset and a skirt, but I only received the skirt. I cannot find any email address or contact information to file a complaint or request support. Please advise me on how this issue will be resolved.

Easy purchase and will definitely buy again

“My experience is horrible! I’m filing a complaint! The skirt was purchased as a coordinated set with a corset that never arrived! I keep reporting this over and over, but I get no response! I’ve been waiting for two months and the corset can’t be tracked. I had to buy another dress for my event!

It took a long time to get My order, more expensive & it was a ripped off. I saw it at different sellers, same style & pictures advertised it’s a lot cheaper. Not recommend

I was mislead about the quality

I have been emailing since the day I received my order about the return of few items!

No refund but for more $ can get larger size

It took two months for me to get my skirts and once they arrived, they were way too small even though I put in my right measurements and ordered the correct size

I will change my score if I’m able to get my money back with a little hassle.

I have shopped before and I was happy, however, I shopped the second time and the item quality was so bad, and nothing like the photo.

After extremely long waiting time for order a got a cheap trash! Such a huge disappointment after ordering nice corsets! Avoid ordering!
