I love my Velvetiser, a gift for Christmas. I hadn't known about the newer version that can do both hot and cold chocolate, or I'd have chosen it instead. That said, I had fun trying all of the flavors in my sample box, and have purchased some favorites. I do think the price is high at regular price for the hot chocolate packets, but better when on sale. That's the one thing that will keep me from too many purchases. Shipping was great--the boxes came really quickly.
