My Velvetiser only worked four times after I opened it. The base of it was faulty. We contacted customer service right away. They got back to us very quickly! After we sent a video and confirmed our order details, they rushed a brand new Velvetiser system to us. We haven’t had a single problem since. Love the product and love the customer service!
