I haven’t seen this level of professionalism and stellar customer service for a very long time. The only thing that is (probably) better than their customer service is their products. The Velvetiser is probably the best invention since sliced bread 😁. My wife and I are in love with the hot chocolate it produces. It is genuinely comparable to any high end hot chocolate you get at a Belgian or Swiss chocolatier in Europe. I doubt there is any way to get a better quality at home than this!
