Very easy. Except, one of the cups was cracked and I had to return everything. Not just the cup because you don't sell those individually. I wish you would sell those individually or as a pair. There are a lot of people that want three or four people at a time drinking the hot chocolate and want to drink out of the same type of cup. So think about selling the cups individually or in pairs.
