Ordering was difficult as I requested a "free" happy birthday sleeve and they wanted to charge shipping $10 just on the sleeve (!!!!) and ship it separately! As it's a gift sent directly to her that is ridiculous!!!! I had to cancel the complete order a do it over without the birthday sleeve. Utter Stupidity!

Very disappointed in the state in which we received our box of hot chocolate. The box looked crushed on the outside, and the boxes on the inside were just as damaged. We did not receive our free gift for spending $100 on four boxes of chocolate.

I wish there was no shipping fee. I spent a lot of money with your company and even return to purchase a gift for others. In some cases, the shipping fee is not avoided. I think for people who have spent hundreds of dollars on your products we shouldn’t have to pay for shipping.

Odd, one came in its own package, box within a box. The other one came in a large external box, with lots of packaging. The company was Rocket Shippers. Seemed to be a lot of waste.

Something went wrong first time round - the order was placed 30 Sept and failed to arrive in the week of 6 October, apparently due to some complication at your end. Subsequently, thanks to your representative Alecia's care and efforts, another shipment was arranged and that arrived smoothly. Thank you.

Please offer more single packaging ideas at Christmas. Something small, packaged well, creatively is just the most personal thoughtful gift.

The chocolate arrives quickly and is well packed. My husband always steals my little box of truffles that you can get for buying enough at one time. He does leave me the dark chocolate one (my favorite).
