I ordered a package that included the Velvetiser and 4 boxes of hot chocolate mix. The hot chocolate arrived but the Velvetiser didn’t, although the order was marked shipped and complete. Once I reported the missing item to Hotel Chocolat, they conducted an investigation that took a few days and after confirming that the Velvetiser was not sent, they shipped it.
