I certainly will be making additional orders throughout the year, maybe not in the summer as the USPS cannot be trusted to deliver in the time scale promised, and temperature sensitive products such as delicious hotel chocolate will be melted before delivery when left for days in a hot warehouse Sorting center by the USPS As they are unable to deliver within their promised time, scales

Honestly, the hot chocolate from DUNKIN or any other coffee shop we have visited has been better in texture, quality, and flavor. For the price of the velvetiser, if a hot chocolate from Dunkin, of ALL places, is better than the end product of your machine, something is very wrong.
