Excellent modification, essential for these shifters. However, as a minor detail, the springs have a bit of dead space, causing noise when shifting into neutral and a dampened feel when engaging gears. They feel better with a little preload (or 3mm longer), eliminating noise and providing a slightly firmer feel.
