I put my thoughts of my experience in a separate review, but to summarize: A very easy experience and the product itself worked fantastic. Any issues that came up in installation were issues with the Amazon shifter itself (comes with crappy screws, but OldBoy even provides new good screws which was AMAZING).

I think the website was pretty good and as an overseas customer being really far away from america I remember that shipping used to cost absurdly high prices which didn't make sense for me to buy because it was basically the cost of the shifter but somehow after awhile I decided to check again and it lowered to a price to what I felt was reasonable

Upon arriving to my country it got stuck in customs pending VAT payment and a customs fee. This was somewhat expected, but I would have preferred if VAT was included in the purchase price (to avoid the customs fee). No really criticism though, everything went really smooth and arrived earlier than expected.
