Horrible customer service. They sent me the wrong photo and won’t respond to any inquiries nor will take any corrective action to fix it. I paid over $500 and strongly regret moving forward with this company. The process of coming up with a piece of “art” for our home was also very painful and we never quite arrived at something we’d be proud to hang in our home - all iterations were quite generic and lacking any inspiration.

The site is pretty easy to use and you get sent as many proofs until you approve. The only reason i didn't put 5 stars down was it can take a while to hear back from the artist.

Took a while between versions, and it seems they just ran a standard AI filter without actual touchups
