To tide and very uncomfortable.

I cannot get anybody to return my email so I guess I had a bad experience. Please get a hold of me regarding my return

No problems at all

Takes awhile to get here. I didn't know they were coming from China. If I'd known that from the start I would not buy them.

Need to return they run small in size but a nice shoe and will order a size bigger.

Pretty good other than shoes are a little smaller than U S sizes.

Shoes were far too small

I need a size larger, shoes are still new. Put one on inside home, a hair tight.

I'm super ready.They explained everything very well. Willing to answer questions because of the sizing was a little bit questionable for me. Be happy to be buying more shoes from them in the future.

Easy to order. Suggest that you make it possible to order multiples of different colours. I initially ordered 1 and then returned to order 2 to take advantage of the discount but according to the website they had to be the same colour

Forst pair was too tight, exchange for a new pair...customer service was pretty good

Doesn’t fit 9.5 is my shoe size and it’s an 9! You need to change your shoe sizes to accommodate your customers actual shoe size

I was very skeptical as I lost information on tracking during the shipping process. Then one day the shoes arrived. Sadly, the shoes did not fit and an odd odor was coming from them. I am in process of trying to return for a refund, we will see how customer service is and I will communicate on that as it happens.

They are not as wonderful as I had hoped and definitely not as great as the ads implored.

Never received my shoes. Emailed about not receiving multiple times. No refund. Had to file fraud
