Took a long time for delivery.

Shoe is to small even though I ordered a size bigger than I wear

Buyer beware this company is very dishonest! I have been fighting for three weeks to get a refund of my money and send these shoes back which are extremely uncomfortable and stiff. However, they keep trying the dumb practices of offering 15% off 30% off and then you keep the shoes. I want 100% of my money back and they are refusing to cooperate. Buyers beware!

Won't do returns without a hassle. Try to get a person to spend more money to take something that there's still no guarantee will fit. Size charts are off which I told them on previous orders.

I’m very satisfied with the way I was able to order what I needed and then get it paid for easily too was a big plus. I’m just trying to be patient with the weather so that I can use my new shoes.

Shopping was good, never received my order.

The product was delivered to the wrong house.We had no email notifications of delivery and was not shipped or packaged in a careful manner. Put them o and they run small in size.

Getting the runaround when trying to get a refund or a larger size.

I have yet to receive my order. So, I will not be recommending your company. Probably a scam since the shoes come from somewhere outside the USA, which was not made clear on the website. Scammy.

I had no issues whatsoever. The choices are fun and the process is very easy.

Terrible. $20.00 return fee and $50.00 restocking fee for $99.00 shoes is outrageous I donated the shoes and will never buy from this company again

Very disappointed, love the shoe, but they came back for the second time one size larger, and they still fit the same in US size I wear a size 11, so I ordered the second time size 12 1/2 and they still fit the same no difference🙁

The return policy is not adhered to. They keep asking me to purchase another pair instead of easily making the return process where I can just return them.
