As I said, I opted for replacement at 50%off but never received my new shoes.

Horrible shoes. Trying to get my money back has been nearly impossible. The shoes are made of thin plastic and are absolutely not worth the price. I should have known better than to get pulled in by a Facebook ad. Do not buy these shoes if you’re looking for a true orthopedic or supportive shoe.

It's a scam. I never received the product

The online ordering was okay!

Frustrating that I am not able to verbally speak to anyone in customer service.

It took forever to get the shoes. I paid extra for the insurance hoping for convenience, if I had to return them. They did not provide the information to return the shoes. They are not that comfortable, and customer service is of no assistance.

Insoles are for when the current ones are used up

The shoes dont fit and they will not replace them. They want me to donate them and sell me another pair at 50%off. I can't afford that

I’ve been trying to return my sneakers now for over a week no response very disappointed in this company shoes did not fit. Never bought a pair of shoes that didn’t fit me before that was size 13 wife the same way not happy with his transaction one bit if they would take them bad I’d be happy Otherwise terrible company

Need information on returning this product

The company is a straight out scam the sizes don’t even come close to correct when you asked to exchange for a size that will fit they try to buy you off by offering a 50% discount on another pair and refuse to refund your money and also try to charge a restocking fee on top just to rub it in. I bought two pairs and are now having to refer to the a c c c here in Australia as well as my bank and have contacted instagram to stop the advertising and are awaiting response.

Shopping experience was fine. Just not to happy with the product.

I emailed the company to request that they complete my order (#5174), and I haven’t received any response. I attempted to call the customer service phone number listed on the website, but it’s not in service. Horrendous scamming going on here…don’t order from them unless you enjoy giving them money for nothing

I cannot get a return authorization for the one pair of shoes I did receive. All I get is the same email response to take 50% of my next order. There won't be a next order! Thinking this is a scam.
