Customer service is not helpful. I have been trying to return for refund and it boils down you - you CANNOT. They negotiate for weeks on less than 50% refund - and if you eventually get to an offer of returning - you basically will still end up with 50% after shipping costs and restocking fee. NEVER BUY FROM THEM>
