I’m incredibly dissatisfied. I agreed to try inserts that I have to see if that improves it. But if it does not, give me a full refund and cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, like others, I will trash you on every media that I can. Bad business. I think your idea is to produce cheap shoes get them out there. No people will be pissed off and don’t give full refunds and that’s how you get your money. Horrible.

For a returnable product I should not have had to pay to return them and pay to have the replacement pair sent to me I assumed the first shipment was not feeling arch support because they were too big - but then got smaller size and still terrible - Was a waste of all the money I spent
