Pillow helped my chronic neck pain immediately. In the beginning quite noticeable improvement. Slowly getting better. Much prefer the Sutera pillow now over traditional ones for sleeping.

Our order arrived broken, and awe had a hard time getting service to get a new shipment.

The Sutera pillow is also excellent. For multiple sleep positions. I have used for several years. I recommend to my friends. Have not had a stiff neck sine using.
