After several tries trying to get in touch with customer service for a return, I finally was able to contact your company via Instagram, to which the agent fought tooth and nail to get every dollar out of me thru the return, despite me referencing the publicly stated return policy. The policy was not honored and I was expected to pay $80 return shipping plus the $20 return fee (which was supposed to cover return shipping) for my return. Awful awful customer service.
