Shipping was fine, but after I ordered o continued to get emails asking me to complete my invoice… made me nervous it was a scam but I reached out to Sutera and they got the emails stopped.

Return process is ridiculous.

A little trouble using the site. But I finally got through.

Kept getting emails asking to "complete my order" after I had already purchased and paid for my items. If I had responded to the follow up emails, I would have been charged again!

Initially, while shopping for this pillowcase, the website showed the delivery time of like six months. So I wrote in to ask why it would take so long and they said that was obviously an error and they would be glad to provide me with free shipping if I was interested in purchasing the pillowcase, which should arrive within 10 days or so. It did.

You did not sent me what I ordered!!!!!!

I love all products I have purchased from Sutera.

You didn't sell the item I wanted. I need a replacement cover for my sutera pillow, puppy ruined the original. You don't carry them, you should because I'm not buying another 125$ pillow. Only this cover in this color and it sucks.
