They delayed the shipping several weeks and after going back and forth with customer service they said they would reissue the order. After more waiting, they decided to tell me that the color I ordered was now sold out. They basically made me wait several weeks just to pick a different color that I did not want originally. No discount or concession was offered, they wasted my time after I had already paid for their product.
