I purchased a second bathmat for our other bathroom. When it arrived, it was broken, possibly from shipment or handling. Anyhow, I reached out to the company and they were amazing to work with. All I had to do was send a picture and the batch number from the box. They probably shipped me a new one and let me throw the other one away. Excellent customer service!
