It has taken a month and still I have not received my order. Which if there was an explanation or communication from the company with a reason that would be fine. But I have tried to phone and email multiple times and no communication back.

No communication received from the organisation despite multiple follow ups of status update requests. Also waited an excessive amount of time for my product. I do not recommend purchase from here.

Easy transaction and fast delivery

“Estimated 1-2 weeks shipping” took well over a month to ship let alone get any response from the company after reaching out via email, instagram AND TikTok. The item, now marked as delivered, never showed up.

Came in perfect condition, bubble wrapped and well looked after

Took longer than expected to receive. They did respond to all emails promptly.

Received the completely wrong item. Attempted to contact site several times using different modes of contact and received no response back. I have no way of getting my money back or ever seeing the item I ordered.

Terrible! If I could give no stars I would. I placed my order nearly 8 weeks ago on the 14th of May, it’s now the 4th of July and my order still hasn’t been sent. No reply to my emails. Such a bad experience. Avoid Valor Hype!!

Too FOREVER to ship.

This was the worst experience! I sent multiple emails and tried calling several times with no response. The order was sent long after the stated delivery window despite me asking multiple times to cancel the order as I was moving overseas and wouldn’t get the product….they did not respond and I have not received a refund. Terrible experience!

Item description says it would arrive within 1-2 weeks. It’s now the 23rd June and some 4 weeks + later and I still haven’t received my items. I have reached out to the seller via multiple platforms with no reply/response. Poor communication. Items have been entered into AusPost system as “Label created by sender” on 15th June, and this status has not changed at all since then. I paid for Express Post. I was wary about buying these items, despite some of the positive reviews listed on the site

I am still waiting for a product that should have been shipped 5 weeks ago and they will not answer emails, however the product I have received so far was well packaged and arrived eventually.

Purchasing the items online was straightforward, easy and a positive experience. The estimated dates of arrival are estimates. The items I ordered were sent later than estimated. The main reason for the 3 star rating was the poor communication. No updates were provided about my order and likely shipping date. When I initiated contact there were delays by the staff to responding to my communications or no response to communications unless I escalated my concerns.

I ordered the let’s checkmate small labubus and after week after my purchase I was told they are out of stock and I wasn’t offered a suitable replacement to rectify the error

Good! Took over three weeks to ship, but arrived quickly after that!

Id add a photo but I still havent received what I ordered. 4 Weeks after I placed my order Ive asked for a full refund as it still hasnt even been shipped. Trying to to get a response from their customer service is ridiculous. Would not use this company again.
