The Hotwheels RLC Nissan GTR arrived well packed and in good condition, which I appreciate. The delivery took a bit longer than expected. Overall, happy with the product, but the shipping process could be improved.

They said it was going to come mid July and arrived this week, just in time! It takes a long time (I bought it on the 20th of May, so it was a 7-week wait). You have to have patience and wait haha Totally worth it, and authentic!

My second review because I purchased it twice - honestly not much has changed, still 5 out of 5. There was an initial delay with the processing of the order but that was communicated quickly (probably due to high demand) and even with the delay, it still arrived quick. Very tempted to buy another but better stop xD

Happy with my toffee labubu. She’s so soft and cute! Express shipping took a little longer than anticipated due to a public holiday and a delay with Aus Post, so all up took 10 days for delivery. Thank you Valorhype!

I pre-ordered from here just before Big into energy dropped on popmart because I knew it would be a challenge getting them directly from popmart, and I refuse to wait in lines at a store lol. Estimated shipping said mid May and it arrived on time like it said it would. Super happy, they’re also genuine and authentic labubu’s. Price is also way better than other resellers so super happy with that too. Will order from Valor Hype again for sure

I was very nervous about buying Labubu’s online but being from a state with no pop marts and the markup wasn’t bad I ordered on valorhype to save myself the hassle. They arrived in pristine condition and are verified legitimate! I will be ordering from them again and decided to buy a case as well :)

My experience with Valor Hype was excellent! I opted for purchase with in store pick up. My payment was processed and was available for pick up the next day. The Labubu I bought was not in a blind box, and because there were multiple the store owner let me choose which one I wanted instead of choosing for me, which to me is amazing customer service 🥰 cannot hype this place enough! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So surprised that I got the one I was hoping for! I received communication from the Valor Hype team that the item would be delayed further, however I ended up receiving it on the same day as my other items from the same order :)) Sadly the gift as mentioned in the email was nowhere to be seen. I was a little apprehensive outsourcing items from Popmart but I was pleasantly surprised by Valorhype. I ordered on 21/12 & it was shipped on 23/12/2024. Overall a very pleasant experience & pulling the ones I wanted was even better.

Authentic item I ordered 2 things and this product was unavailable at the time and was shipped later. I emailed and tried calling the team but no response. They did deliver this 2 weeks after and gave me an extra item for the delay :)
