Great , i had to e mail to check my shipping address was correct , they confirmed by e mail the following day , i would order from them again.

The trainers took weeks to arrive and wasn't advised they had to com from the gas east.

It took much longer than expected for the delivery to arrive.

These are copies, and the quality is very poor.

Sites easy to use but shipping is longer than expected because it comes from china

Awful experience. Would suggest not buying from this company. Pay attention to the detail. It is not the brand you think it is and is a cheap knock off. Goods are transported from China so takes over two weeks to arrive, not the 48 hours stipulated, this is 48 hours for the trader to arrange transportation. Once again they sent the wrong size and make out it is my fault without an apology. Goods are inferrior to the original brand and forget about returning it as they insist on it being tracked

Nothing felt quite right as soon as I’d placed the order…order did arrive, but is wrong size and fake branded

Fake products How can you even ask for a review? I have to pay to return trainers which are BAD Copies to China at my own expense.

Thought I was buying from a uk shop till check out then realised they are fake trainers coming from abroad somewhere

Brilliant communication. I ordered the wrong colout trainers at first. I emailed them to ask to change the colour they emailed back straight away to say they would change the colour

I was looking for a good quality pair of trainers for my aching feet . These arnt good quality at all .

Easy to order- took a bit longer than expected

Sandals are very comfy but as I explained I was unhappy with the experience as a whole I was not happy.

Took forever to arrive. No shoe box. Just wrapped in bubble wrap. Are they the real McCoy??

As previous. Too costly to return if item does not fit. Not a UK company. Poor service and poor value for money when all is taken into account.

Would not purchase from this site again.

Misleading advertising

Tried to cancel order 2 days after ordering. Would not cancel even though the tracking showed the trainers were not dispatched & only got dispatched on 6th day ??
