Quick easy simple

Took longer than I thought to arrive, exceeded the 7 days. lots of communication via email and messages. This was positive.

Received a email back and they were very abrupt with me saying they are exactly the same trainers advertised then I sent 2 pictures 1 of trainers advertised and 1 pic i took, the trainers i Received and i got no good reaction from them .

Tried to cancel after I ordered and looked at trust pilot but totally ignored my email until the order was processed

They promise to send your goods within 48hours by Royal mail. They turn up 4 weeks later. Too late for what I needed them for. I will exercise my right to return them for a full refund.

The advertisement reads within two days delivery but after I made payment the delivery changed to 10-15 days delivery

Very bad experience and never buy anything from your side.

Costumer service is absolutely useless. If you need to return the item you have to send it to china at your own cost

Took far too long and have no idea how to return and don’t think I’ll get a refund And received a size 6 instead of a size 4 !

I never received the trainers that I paid for it's gone on for nearly a month and a half to two months but you want to ask me if I like it please refund me my money . I feel that this site needs to be reported to customer service very disappointed

Terrible delivery took 3 weeks New Balance trainers I ordered are fake badly made

Website easy to use. Things looked fine. Delivery disappointing as took so long. If I knew items come from China, would not of purchased.
