I think you make an excellent product. One of the three items I ordered did not come with a strap. One was supposed to be sent to me. I sent a follow up email 12 days after my initial email regarding the lack of strap (nothing has shown up my physical mailbox or in my email inbox regarding a shipment) and there's been no reply for two days. Now I have a bag with no strap and cannot use it.
