I purchased the small leather purse with gold hardware. On receipt the hardware was already tarnished with rust spots on it. I was offered a replacement or 15% refund, I did not want the waste of two purses and so accepted the refund. I have still not recived the refund or any follow up comms despite chasing twice. This is exceptionally dissapointing and has put me off making any further purchases.
